The fourth step on my list is: DO NOT WORRY

An individual who has attained a level of inner peace has no worries. Pretty difficult, isn’t it? Who on earth don’t have worries today?

We worry about so many things such as:

  • Money
  • Health
  • School
  • Work
  • Food
  • Shelter
  • Debt
  • And, other problems life brings on

These are all part of being “alive”, right?

But, just imagine letting go of these worries. Imagine waking up and telling yourself:

“Another new day, another set of problems but BRING IT ON!”

Just because you’re not worrying doesn’t mean you’re not thinking of solutions. If you don’t know what to do, you just have to face it head on. At times, the solution is already under our noses – we just didn’t focus. Why didn’t we focus? BECAUSE – we worry far too much.

I am guilty as charged.

I worry too much (at times) that it seems really inappropriate. I realized that if I stop worrying too much I would be appreciating life more. I would be able to LIVE more. I would not miss out on opportunities. And finally, I would not miss having fun.
